A meditative exercise for clearing the throat chakra

 

 

Throat Chakra Meditation

Take this moment to close your eyes.  In your imagination create the image of a white light.  Pass this light through each area of your body starting at your feet and ending at the top of your head.  As the light touches each area allow relaxation to flow through and ground your energy.  Take in a deep breath.  As you exhale invasion the color blue in the area of the throat center.  Connect a line of white light to the heart center.  At the heart center see a pink light starting as a small dot and then growing to fill the heart space.  Sit with this connection for 5-10 minutes.  inhale and slowly come back into the room.  Repeat daily for five days to achieve the maximum benefit from this exercise.
